Mineral Water
QUALITY CERTIFICATION BY NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL BODIES
Our water has a strict quality policy, which accompanies the process from its extraction to the supply of inputs, to provide all consumers with security. Extraction: Water is captured at a depth of 120 meters by means of food-grade stainless steel pumps. All piping traversed by water is also made of food grade stainless steel and the seals are made of non-toxic silicone suitable for the food industry. There are particle retention filters before and after the reservoir. Blow: Preforms made with virgin resin are used. The bottles are blown internally and, subsequently, directed to filling
Filling: The equipment is all automated, not allowing manual contact. The bottles are rinsed (blasted) with natural mineral water, pressurized by a foodgrade stainless steel pump, and, subsequently, they are automatically filled and sealed inside the same machine. This process takes place in exclusive filling rooms with positive pressure, making the interior sterile. Buffering: The storage rooms of the lids have positive pressure, filtered air and ultraviolet lamps, ensuring total asepsis of the place and the input
Sterilization: The sterilization of the pipes is performed periodically, with the most advanced technology, leaving no residues harmful to health and the environment. Suppliers: The choice of input suppliers is carried out according to a procedure required by Resolution RDC nº 275, of October 21, 2002, which provides for the Technical Regulation of Standardized Operating Procedures applied to Food Producing / Industrializing Establishments, which states that only rated and qualified companies can supply products. In addition, the suppliers of inputs (preforms, caps and labels) are market leaders and have internationally recognized quality and procedure certifications
