PIRARUCU FISH
is one of the largest freshwater fish in the world. It can reach 200 kg or more, reaching 2,10 m in height and more than 65 kg.
It is a wild fish from the Amazon and its preservation is fully guaranteed, due to federal and local environmental control bodies, such as IBAMA and IPAAM.
Mostly male pirarucu is fished, the female is generally spared to ensure the reproduction.
